Reason: good or bad luck, too early to say

!±8± Reason: good or bad luck, too early to say

According to legend, there once was a farmer and his son only in the days just before the Civil War. With one horse, the farmer and his son was to protect long days of hard, sun up to sunset, only to hear them, nothing more.

One day, when the father and son plowed fields, his horse became frightened and ran away. The son was devastated: "What luck, what shall we do?"

The father replied: "Good luck, bad luck, too early to tell."

The father and son continue to workFarm. Then one day his horse runs back to the mound with six other horses. The son said: "What good fortune, we are now all the horses that we will ever need!"

To which the farmer replied: "Good luck, bad luck, too early to tell."

The next day, as well as the farmer and his son have been working with horses, has taken a particularly difficult horse, the son of her back and broke his leg. The son was crying. "Oh Father do, I'm so sorry, now works with the company for one thing went wrongGood luck! "

Even in this case the father replied: "Good luck, bad luck, too early to tell."

A few days later, civil war broke out and all the young disabled were sent to war. The farmer's son with a broken leg, was forced to stay home.

After the leg had healed, the father had to help the company to one son and seven horses to boot. They worked the farm and prospered.

Good luck, bad luck. It 'too early to tell.

Maybe.

Good luck, bad luck.It 's all in how you look.

Closer.

Good luck, bad luck. Depending on what you choose, and what to do.

Bingo. Absolutely. Now you're done!

They gave every step of the "bad luck" of the farmer might be, could the farmer and his son, taking advantage of "good luck" that has come their way can be avoided.

In this story there are at least three principles of success that the farmer's son and allowed to flourish. Let's take a look:

In response vs.answer

With each twist, the son replied. Reaction in general, is not thought of having to do with enough information to make a good decision. The farmer, on the other side has responded to every event with his brain and the power of perspective. This allowed him to "response - able to react in a position" to events, good and bad that came his way.

Attitude

The son's attitude was "things happen to us, and there's nothing we can do about it." TheFarmer's attitude was "things happen, and then we're done with them. What we do with what happens, the difference makes a difference."

Filter

We all have "filters" in our minds as we decide to see the world.

For his son, filtered events into two categories, "which for us is good or bad for us." He had what I call "problem-filter", see only the bad events, and how he performed.

The father, on the other side had different filters. Hehad what I call "solution filters." Whatever the events, he knew that a solution could be found in both "good luck and bad luck."

It's like the character Qui-Gon Jinn, played by Liam Neeson, says in the recent Star Wars installment when one solution does not work: "......another solution will present itself." Now that's a solution filter!

While they may not be runaway horses, broken legs and Civil Wars, we all have events in our lives that can either make us or break us. When we bringing the tools to react, and the solution of attitude filters these events, we have many more opportunities for us to work and live accordingly.
